At the beginning of your professional life, you have many options, many questions and many doubts about making the right decisions. The pressure to take the wrong path is high. The fear of missing out on something better for you is holding you back. The question of what fits best to you is often much more important to you than the question of your inner purpose, your real interests and your passion. These may not be recognisable to you on the surface anyway or may not be transferable to a professional context.

You will find the most important answers to your questions within yourself. If you want to go on a search, we will be happy to help you.

Your life changes radically with your first/new job. It's exciting, thrilling and at the same time there are uncertainties, fears and stress. Questions such as whether you will be able to cope with your new tasks, how you will fit into your new environment and how you will satisfy the various stakeholders in the company are just as important to you as whether you will be able to continue to live your private life. If you can be your authentic self, you will do well in your own way, your strengths and your personal appearance will help you just as much as a few tactical, communicative tips in terms of "how to...".

Let us accompany you in the first few weeks to help you get rid of any insecurities and to give you positive impulses, courage and confidence before and during your start.

You may already be well established in your professional life and everything actually fits. The external conditions are good and your colleagues and team are also ok. Nevertheless, it confuses you that it doesn't yet feel "right" for you. When you imagine that this is your path now, you are confused: is it really what you wanted? You may also doubt whether your potential is being properly utilised or you simply have a vague feeling that you haven't yet found your true passion. Perhaps you are wondering what you are missing so that you can fulfil your potential and are looking for more satisfaction and happiness. The path there starts with you. It is not always the external conditions that need to be changed in order to get closer to this goal. But sometimes it is.

We are happy to support you in finding your inner compass so that you can help yourself to find your way to more contentment.

Young adults in professional life with questions about further development, career or change, e.g. change of job or location

Your previous work experience has shown you what fits and what doesn't fit. Your job confronts you with challenges in terms of your personality, your behaviour and your interaction with others. How can you develop your effectiveness, satisfaction and relationships even better in the future? What do you need for a good career?

Perhaps you also have good reasons for thinking about a change of direction, a new area, a new company, a new location, perhaps even a new setting, such as becoming self-employed. You may have already made your decision but are still unsure how this change will lead to a successful next phase in your life. Many options lead to inner turmoil. There may also be financial considerations and the dilemma of supposedly having to choose between security and opportunity. Such inner voices can blur your vision. In the search for clarity, it is good to understand what role your real interests play, but also your values and your passion. What role do peers, supposed role models and external expectations play?

With the help of coaching, you will gain orientation and focus on what really matters to you.

Young adults in professional life with questions about balancing work and private life/family

Your observations and experiences crystallise: the question of how to combine a career and a successful private life is a huge challenge. How can you fulfil all your needs and the needs of your family and friends? Practising sports and hobbies, recharging your batteries, a consciously healthy life, friends and perhaps starting a family and success in your career? Perhaps you are asking yourself what course you need to set so that you can harmonise your career, a fulfilling professional life and, in the long term, your family. Or are you consciously looking for a way to avoid having to put your career on the back burner? Because there are still too few good role models in your environment. You want to understand how you can combine your career with your role as a parent. What influence do these questions have on planning your professional life? There is no standard answer. You can only answer for yourself how you can resolve these dilemmas, what this means for your goals and what it will take to concretise them in the course of your professional life.

We support you in understanding your inner drivers, your values, attitudes and behaviour in order to find out how you can make your personal vision and the corresponding decisions on the way to your successful life.
